In short: one-time purchases are refundable for fourteen days, no questions asked. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and the first month is refundable within fourteen days. Email admin@redroosterlabs.com with your order number and we process it within five business days.
You may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of purchase. We do not ask you to justify the request.
Because our products are downloadable files that cannot be returned, the refund is conditioned on the product not having been substantially deployed — that is, not already integrated into a production system you continue to operate. Evaluating, installing, testing, and running the examples are all fine and do not affect your eligibility.
You can cancel a subscription at any time, with no fee and no notice period, using the cancellation link in your order or renewal email, or by writing to admin@redroosterlabs.com. We never require a phone call or a reason.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for. You keep access until then, and you are not charged again.
If you subscribe and change your mind, the first month is refundable within fourteen (14) days of the initial charge, on the same terms as a one-time purchase.
Renewal charges are not automatically refundable, because you had access to the releases during that period. Two exceptions, and we apply them without argument:
Cancelling or refunding a renewal does not revoke your licence to files already downloaded — that licence is permanent. What ends is access to releases published after the subscription ends. Refunding the first month ends the licence entirely, as with any refunded purchase.
Email admin@redroosterlabs.com from the address you used at checkout, and include your order number. Nothing else is required.
We acknowledge every request within two business days and process approved refunds within five business days. The funds return to your original payment method; how quickly they appear depends on your bank or card issuer, typically five to ten business days after we process it.
When a refund is processed, the licence granted in our Terms of Service ends. You must stop using the product and delete the files you downloaded, including copies held in your repositories and backups where practical.
We do not sell bundles. If you buy more than one product, each purchase is a separate order with its own fourteen-day window, and each can be refunded independently of the other.
Each purchase includes twelve months of version updates. If you later pay to renew updates, that renewal has its own fourteen-day window from the renewal date. Refunding a renewal does not affect your perpetual licence to the version you already hold.
If you were charged twice for the same product, or bought the wrong one, write to us and we will refund or swap it. The fourteen-day condition does not apply to duplicate charges — we refund those whenever we find them.
If something is wrong with an order, please email us before filing a chargeback. We would rather resolve it directly, and it is almost always faster. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in losing access to future purchases.
This policy is offered in addition to your rights under applicable law, and does not limit them.
European Union and United Kingdom. Consumers normally have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal for digital content. Where you ask for immediate delivery of a download and acknowledge at checkout that this causes the withdrawal right to lapse, that statutory right ends on delivery — but our own fourteen-day policy above still applies to you.
Consumers elsewhere retain any mandatory rights granted by the law of their country of residence.
