How do I receive my purchase?
Instantly. Checkout sends a download link to your email the moment payment clears, usually within seconds. There is no waiting period and no manual fulfilment step.
What is the difference between buying once and subscribing?
A one-time purchase gives you that version permanently, plus twelve months of updates. A subscription bills monthly and keeps you on the current release for as long as it is active — you receive new versions, and new items added to that product line, while you remain subscribed.
How does subscription billing work?
Subscriptions are billed monthly to your payment method and renew automatically on the same day each month until you cancel. The amount and the billing interval are shown at checkout before you confirm, and every renewal is receipted by email.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Cancel any time from the link in your order confirmation email, or by emailing admin@redroosterlabs.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — there is no cancellation fee and no notice period, and you are never asked to call anyone.
What happens to my files if I cancel?
You keep every file you downloaded while subscribed, and your commercial licence for those versions is permanent. What stops is access to new releases and updates published after your subscription ends.
What license do I get?
A commercial license for your team: use the products in unlimited internal and client projects, modify them freely, and ship what you build. You may not resell or redistribute the products themselves as a standalone offering. Full terms are on the Terms of Service page.
What's your refund policy?
Fourteen days on one-time purchases, no questions asked, as long as the product has not been substantially deployed.
